Summer is the time to enjoy the sunny outdoors, good company, and a nice cold drink. Stone Brewing just opened their newest location in Liberty Station. It’s a very well designed historic building that ties in the feel of the prior U.S. Navy mess hall, with added features that give it an industrial look. The gardens are beautiful with water features and an inviting stone bar. They even have a unique outdoor entertainment area where you can play Bocce Ball on the lawn, or catch a show in their outdoor cinema space. Their food comes from organic farms, including their own Stone Farms in Escondido. I recommend meeting up with some friends here to enjoy a nice cold beer artfully crafted from around the world, flowing on over 40 taps and a bottled list of over 100 choices. The bistro and gardens are over 23,000 square feet—feeling like a city in itself—perfect for an evening out! –Hailey
