Hotel Endémico in Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico

I visited the Mexican wine country area a couple of weeks ago. It is only an hour-and-a-half south from San Diego, going towards Ensenada and then turning inland. This area is characterized by beautiful clear nights, and wild natural surroundings. We stayed in the fairly new Hotel Endémico. This hotel has been featured in main publications like the New York Times Style Magazine. It is a modern eco-hotel with pitched-roof rooms perched amid the boulders at cloud level. The boxed-shaped rooms float high above the valley giving some amazing views. You really experience being out in nature. Best of all, you get a real disconnect from the busy world we live in. What a great feeling!! I invite you to discover this great wine country area and, if possible, visit this hotel. http://www.designhotels.com/endemico/  — Arcelia
